Patrick Rowe, Principal

Fort Collins based Collective Capital Group focuses on public finance, development and investment advisory services.  Prior to starting Collective Capital Group in the Fall of 2018, Patrick worked for the City of Fort Collins in the City’s Economic Health Office where he served as the City staff person to the Urban Renewal Authority, and managed other redevelopment undertakings, such as drafting the City’s Metropolitan District Policy, managing reuse/redevelopment grants, and acting as liaison to the development community.  Patrick is an expert in public-private-partnerships and public finance, including the areas of urban renewal and special districts (metropolitan districts, general improvement districts, business improvement districts).  Patrick is a graduate of Colorado State University with a business administration degree with concentrations in both finance and real estate.
